Florida Tech's Department of Science and Mathematic Education offers three levels of graduate degrees: the Master's (M.A.T., M.Ed. and M.S.), Specialist (EdS) and Doctorate (Ph.D. and Ed.D. degrees.

The Science and Mathematics Education Department offers Science, Mathematics, Computer, and Environmental Education degree programs that work with many of Florida Tech's other departments to create degree programs emphasizing technical content as well as education pedagogy. Most graduate programs combine a core of education courses with coursework in science, technology and/or mathematics, plus a research component.

For general admissions requirements, please refer to the Graduate Information and Regulations section of the catalog.

Each master's program requires a concentration (9 graduate hours) in an area of math, science or technology.  Doctoral students complete a major technical area (21 graduate hours) in an approved technical area.
