The
Undergraduate Courses
The
courses to be taught in AIIHER and Florida Tech are same. AIIHER
and Florida Tech follows course and credit system to provide rapid channel
for brilliant and industrious students to complete the degree program
before 4 years. Each course is assigned a number and its credits.
To complete 4 years Bachelor Degree course in Florida Tech both
in Engineering and Science a student needs to complete approximately
130 credits. The AIIHER proposes to teach courses carrying 65 to
70 credit hours during the first two years. The courses offered
by AIIHER are common to any major.
Students are free to join any
Engineering or Science degree program after taking the admissions
at AIIHER. Each academic year is divided into three semesters:
Fall (August-Dec) Spring (Jan-April) and Summer (May-July). (Note: For students joining in January 2006, the cycle gets modified)
The
weekly teaching schedule will be followed as is done in Florida
Tech. The evaluation is based on 5 point Grades A(4), B(3), C(2), D(1) and F(0).
The evaluation will be continuous and will consist of periodical
tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects followed by a final examination
in each semester. To get the admission in Florida Tech for 3rd year
a student must earn Grade Point Average 2+.
AIIHER proposes to teach the following courses during the Spring semester of the academic
year 2005-2006.

Note: Courses for Summer semester 2006 and Fall semester 2006 will be declared in the first week of January 2006.
The exact dates for Summer and Fall semester of 2006 will be declared in January 2006.
The list of courses during the year 2007 will be declared in May 2006. The students are expected to apply for admission to Florida Tech in August of 2007 for the Spring semester of 2008.
