The Department of Mathematical Science at Florida Tech offers students education and training in the areas of applied mathematics, mathematical biology and operations research. Our department is one of the few mathematics departments in the nation with a major in mathematical biology. Currently, it has 12 full-time faculty, 48 undergraduate students (including dual majors) and 60 graduate students.
