Dr. Grace has broad scientific interests spanning the fields of physiology, biochemistry, neuroscience and animal behavior, marine biology, evolutionary biology, biomathematics, high-resolution microscopy and technology transfer. Florida Tech's College of Science is an ideal place to engage in cross-disciplinary research and Dr. Grace maintains active collaborations within the College, and between the Colleges of Science, Engineering and Psychology, and with external partners. Dr. Grace is an active ambassador for science through public lectures, school visits, local through international science fairs, and promotion of science in the popular media.

Delania Collins has been an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the College of Science at Florida Institute of Technology since April 2014. Delania Collins attended Florida Institute of Technology as an undergraduate and a graduate student. She worked for Boeing at Kennedy Space Center in an engineering capacity from 2005 – 2010. Her experience includes business administration, Lean and Six Sigma, project management, and customer service.
